WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Your hair is unique in every way—its length, color, weight, texture, and volume all work together to create your individual look. Through our custom match process, we take precise measurements of each of these factors to find your perfect match.

• Along with taking your measurements, our Extension Expert will discuss how you wish to use your extensions and the hair styles you desire to achieve.

WHEN WILL MY EXTENSIONS BE READY?

• If we don't have your perfect extensions match in our studio, we will custom create your extensions for you. They will arrive in 6-8 weeks after purchase. You will not find this exclusive service anywhere else.

COST

• $260 - $575 for a Full Set
• $50 - $300 for a Partial Set
• The price of your extensions will depend on color, length, weight, texture, and number of extensions you will need.

WHAT TYPE OF EXTENSIONS ARE THESE?

• Seamless clip-in extensions made with 100% Remy human hair
  
  
• With Remy human hair, the cuticle is fully intact, not only allowing your extensions to be safely heat styled, but also eliminating tangling and matting.  
  
  
• With our seamless clip-in technology, our hair is fused to a flexible silicone weft as opposed to being sewn to fabric or lace. This allows the weft to lay flat on your scalp making your extensions blend seamlessly.
  
  
• Our extensions are easy to apply and remove, allowing you to achieve a variety of looks for any occasion.

HOW LONG WILL MY EXTENSIONS LAST & HOW DO I CARE FOR THEM?

• You can wear your extensions hundreds of times, and when properly cared for, your extensions can last you over a decade. The longevity of your extensions will depend on how you care for them and store them when not in use. Care for your extensions similarly to how you take care of your own hair:

1. 1. Close all of the clips on your extensions.
      
   2. Wash each piece with shampoo and conditioner.
      
   3. Once the product is rinsed out, gently towel dry and apply leave in conditioner and a hydrating hair oil.
      
   4. Brush the extensions out and lay them flat on a towel to dry for 24-48 hours.
      
   5. Once dry, store them in a dry, clean place, preferably in the silk bag they came in.

RETURN POLICY

• The day you receive your Custom Matched Extensions, your box will contain a "sample" extension.

• You will use that sample extension to make sure it matches your desired hair color, length, weight, and texture.

• On the very rare occasion that the sample doesn't match, not a problem! We will work with you to find a better match at no cost.
