Ioana Qureshi and Jennifer Beyers are the lead artists and co-owners of Rare Bird Beauties. They first met in 2013, when working on a wedding together. Recognizing each other’s unique talents, they quickly partnered and became an unstoppable duo. Together, they founded Rare Bird Beauties in 2015, which has quickly grown to be Chicago’s most sought after luxury Wedding and Special Event Hair and Makeup agency.
